1. Delivery

When you place an order in the Salamander online store, we will deliver the selected product to any location in Georgia.

Estimated delivery times:

Tbilisi — 2–3 business days from order confirmation;
Regions — 3–4 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the specific address, order volume, or other objective circumstances.

2. Delivery Fee

The courier service fee throughout Georgia is 10 GEL.

If the value of the product purchased by the customer exceeds 250 GEL, delivery is provided free of charge.

3. Size Exchange, Return, or Exchange of Products Purchased Online

If the customer decides to change the size of, return, or exchange a product purchased online, the courier/transportation cost of 10 GEL is covered by the customer.

An exception applies when the product is defective, does not match the order, or was damaged during transportation. In such cases, the transportation matter is regulated in accordance with the Return and Exchange Terms.
