Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and LLC "Kalamani" (hereinafter the "Company" or "Salamander") and govern the rules for using the website www.salamander.ge.
By using the website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Delivery Terms, and the Product Return/Exchange Terms.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website.

6.3. When paying by bank card or bank transfer, the recipient of the funds is LLC "Kalamani".

7. Delivery and Receipt of Products
7.1. The customer will receive the product purchased through www.salamander.ge in accordance with the delivery terms posted on the website.
7.2. The recipient of the product may be:
7.2.1. the customer themselves;
7.2.2. another person designated by the customer.
7.3. If the product is to be received by another person, the customer must provide the Company with the information necessary to identify the recipient, including first name, last name, personal number, and address.
7.4. Upon receipt of the product, the recipient may be required to present an identity document.
8. Product Return and Exchange
8.1. The customer has the right to exercise the right of product return or exchange in accordance with the Return and Exchange Terms posted on the website.

11. Term and Termination of the Agreement
11.1. These Terms and Conditions take effect from the moment the customer expresses their agreement to them or begins using the website.
11.2. The Terms and Conditions apply throughout the entire period of the customer's use of the website.
11.3. Full payment of the product value by the customer constitutes fulfillment of the monetary obligation arising from the relevant order, but does not terminate the effect of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
12.2. The parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute or disagreement related to these Terms or their performance through negotiation.

15. Entire Agreement
